This is from the periodical published by New Music Publishing (Los Angeles), Volume 11 No.2 in January of 1938. (https://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/008848626)
Works here includes Toccata for piano and violin, Prelude, and Blues for Piano, as their first publications.
Have gone through the CCE of 1965 and 1966. There are no renewal entries of these 3 works.

For the Toccata, wikisource has confirmed its PD-US status. ( https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Toccata_(Nancarrow) )
Also, there is one piece as Rhythmic Study No.1 (actually Study No.1 for Player Piano), first published in 1951 by New Music in New York

I am quite sure actually that all 4 of them are PD-US. Thus, I would like to upload those 4 works.

Keep in mind you should only request a locked person to be unlocked only when you have the files ready for upload, if your in the process of it getting ready, then make sure everything is ready, wait to unlock it for you, then you can do your upload.
