If the filenames are the same, all you did was just upload a duplicate (you can tell by the file number to the left), which we can just remove the block from the page.

You are correct. I didn't catch that. Please remove the block. No. 5 is correct. Can the duplicate be removed so No. 6 can be uploaded? Sorry for the confusion on my part.
