Link question

Hello,

At this point, I have dozens of psalm settings on my home page:

I would like do a minor edit to the page for each of these psalms to include a reference to a short document I would call something like "On performing psalms". I have the following questions:

1. Is it possible to upload such a page to IMSLP (or create it in IMSLP), and if so, to where? Plain text (or a PDF) is all I need. The document would exist entirely on IMSLP, and not be an external link (which I know how to do).

2. What would an example of such a link look like?

3. Is there a preferre place to locate such a link?
