Spanish or Mexican composer listing

Post by Rogerg »

A Spanish and Mexican custom is to apply to anyone first the father's surname followed by the mother's surname. So on IMSLP would a Spanish or Mexican composer be alphabetized by the first or last surname? I ask because there is at least one
Mexican composer, Enrique Mora Andrade, who in some pages on the internet is notated only as Enrique Mora. He isn't on IMSLP under either surname.
