The "supplementary suggestions" in square brackets are easily removed and I would propose to edit them out from the scan. Otherwise, the rest appears to be pretty much entirely typographical, and not worthy of the "modicum of creativity" test to merit a copyright. Does that sound right?In the present edition, note-values have been halved and the time-signature adjusted correspondingly. A few supplementary suggestions about dynamics and the use of pedals have been added, in square brackets, on very conservative lines. [...] Otherwise the organ part has from time to time been re-spelt by adjusting direction of stems or division between staves, and (rarely) by adding a note to show the part-writing.
