Carl Frühling Piano Quartet Op. 35

I recently obtained a photocopy of the manuscript to Carl Frühling's Piano Quartet Op. 35, which is currently housed at the New York Public Library. I think it's public domain, but I don't actually know in what year it was written. His Op. 40 Clarinet trio was published in 1925, so I figured I'd ask.

Died 1937. Free in Canada, Free in USA if unpublished as of 1/1/2003, could be eligible for 25-year first publication in EU (maybe).
