Where did it go?

Hello,

For the first time ever, I tried to upload the piano accompaniment of one of my own works. It's not MIDI. It's an MP3 recording I played myself. It belongs to my work entitled "100. Yıl Marşı" which has an original version with parts, and several arrangements which I've also made and uploaded. The accompaniment recording seems to have uploaded successfully, but it appears nowhere in the work's page! I tried uploading it again, I got a warning that this file already exists. But where? It doesn't appear under the recordings tab. Please enlighten me:)

The recording (and its duplicate) is under the "Synthesized/MIDI" tab on that page.
