"El carácter" Marcha para Piano Op.1

Post by MSQE43058402IF »

This is the title of a piece composed near 1918 by Constantino Mendoza Moreira, one of the most prolific ecuadorian composers.
This piece was published in Portoviejo (Provence of Manabí) the 18th of January of 1918, when he had 20 years old.
As he died in 1985 (the same year and 5 days before Eduardo Florencia, another ecuadorian composer was born) I need to know if this piece can go to PML-Asia or if simply I ignore it until 10 years after today. The publication is stated in the cover of the piece.
Also I need to add that he didn't collaborate with other composer or librettist for this work.

Is there a date anywhere on the edition your talking about? A composer who died in 1985 in not public domain in Taiwan but if the piece is first published in 1918, we can accept it on the USA Server instead.
