Walther Lampe

Hi,

I’m currently working on a project involving G. Henle Verlag publications with editing and/or fingerings by Walter Georgii and Walther Lampe. Both Georgii and Lampe are PD-Canada, but non-PD in the US and EU.

While going through my previous uploads of Lampe’s works, I noticed that some of them were uploaded to the EU server rather than the CA server. Most of Lampe’s contributions are his own fingerings, which should be PD-Canada, although in some cases he also worked as an editor, such as for the Mozart Piano Sonatas. Based on my understanding of the server rules, should the following files be moved to the CA server because they contain copyrighted material that is not PD outside Canada?: #1051816, #1051817, ... #1051825 (https://imslp.org/wiki/Klaviersonaten_( ... SLP1051816) / #814436 (https://imslp.org/wiki/Andante_favori,_ ... MSLP814436)

Or is there an exception that would allow these files to remain on the EU server? I also couldn’t find any information about who approved these files, and I’m not sure who I should contact about this, so I thought I’d ask here.
