I have uploaded two version of an arrangement of mine of Le Cygne by Camille Saint-Saëns:
https://imslp.org/wiki/Le_carnaval_des_ ... C_Camille)
One is for two Voices, Flute, Clarinet and Piano, the other one is for Flute, Clarinet, Horn, Bassoon and Piano (no voices).
The files for Complete Score, Flute and Clarinet got the same numbers: #1049886, #1049887, #1049888, meaning the downloadable files are the same for the two arrangements. This is wrong, because score and parts for the two versions differ for obvious reasons.
I have tried to fix the problem using the "Upload a new version of this file" command. This doesn't work, because the substitution works for that particular file number, and therefore it changes both versions. Changing the file name doesn't seem to work as well.
At the moment the version for two Voices, Flute, Clarinet and Piano is fine. I'd need to upload correct files for Score, Flute and Clarinet for the four Winds and Piano version.
Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance
Giuliano

Re: Wrong files substitution issue
I have replaced your 3 wrong files with 3 uninteresting files. Now you should be able to replace them with the three right files with the usual "Upload a new version of this file" procedure.
Will have to proceed with PM if you don't know how to do this.

Re: Wrong files substitution issue
Coulonnus he needs to rename the files offline on his file browser with a new set of files to replace them and upload those, there is no need to help him with that, he should be able to fix that himself. The system auto-detected the files as duplicates so there is no way to retrieve any correct files because they don't exist in our system.
BTW all you have to do to remove duplicate file name entries is remove it from the file block, then this way the user can upload a new set of files with a different filename.

Re: Wrong files substitution issue
Thanks a million to both!
I have uploaded the three missing files for the Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon and Piano version with these names:
Carnaval Cygne - partitura
Carnaval Cygne - flauto
Carnaval Cygne - clarinetto
Now they just need to be merged with the other two.
Have a nice day
