Non-PD in EU

I've seen that works that aren't public domain here in the European Union are marked; would it be possible too, that it is marked, when the work will become PD?

The last number at the end of the 3 separated by slashes (ex.: V/V/10) is the year in which the work will become public domain. In the above example, a work will enter the PD in the E.U. on 1 January 2010.
