Glenn Gould La Valse Transcription

Post by TickTockPunkRock »

I just discovered this site and was hoping someone on the forums could help me out. I am looking for a video of Glenn Gould playing his transcription of Ravel's "La Valse". The video was on youtube for a long time but was just recently taken down. Are there any websites that still have this video uploaded?

The recording originated from this vhs tape: Glenn Gould Collection, Vol. 10: Rhapsodic Interludes. Any help would be greatly appreciated! It's a wonderful performance!

I would guess that the video was taken down because of copyright.

It's best not to expect IMSLP or its participants to supply information on how to access illegal copies of anything, be it music scores, audio tracks, or video excerpts.

Well goodness gracious!

Had I known it was an illegal upload, I never would have made a request that could get my fellow forum users in trouble with the law! I'll just go back to downloading my free sheet mucic.

Thanks for the heads up...the last thing I need is more legal trouble!

Cheers,

I just checked anyway, it doesn't seem to be up any of the major ones.
