transcriptions from published recordings (unpublshed scores)

Hello,

I've recently transcribed some piano jazz pieces of a living french jazz pianist/composer from his published recordings for my own delight since the scores has never been written/published.
Now I would like to know if it is possible to distribute online these scores I've transcribed or it is a copyright infringement.

Infringement. It counts as a derivative work. Sorry!

thanks for the fast reply...since there is a score of one piece of the same composer transcribed by a japanese guy available on the web I was not sure.
