Margaret Ruthven Lang - various piano works PD in US

I have scans of several piano works by Margaret Ruthven Lang (1867-1972) that are definitely public domain in the US, all of them being published some years before 1927 (the latest being 1919). List: Meditation op. 26 (pub. 1897), Three Pieces for Young People op. 60 (pub. 1919), Revery op. 31 (pub. 1899), The Spirit of the Old HOuse (pub. 1917), A Spring Idyl op. 33 (pub. 1899), Starlight (pub. 1894), Twilight (pub. 1894). Can I get permission to add these works and upload the scans? Thanks!

Were going to need external evidence of any links to support your claim of first publication (Worldcat for example or any other source).

Also BTW, I think it would be best to wait until January 1st, 2023, by then the composer will be PD in Life + 50 countries (Canada is no longer going to be a country with this term, they are moving to Life + 70 at the end of this year and we are still looking for a candidate to host files on in a Life + 50 country), otherwise all files have to be uploaded to a separate server, then reuploaded to the main server without the stub notice when you first click on the download for the file, it is a pain to do this if you have alot of files to contribute afterward.

Starlight and Twilight seem to be not held by any libraries. Delos Records put them up on their website, which is how I know the publication info. I can send them to an admin to prove that they exist, or if there is another suggestion for finding evidence of their original publication I'm happy to hear it.

Now that we are in 2023, would the uploads go to the Asia server, or would they still need to be uploaded to the US server using the old skin?

We cannot accept any files on the main server as Canada has gone Life + 70 for another who died 1972 and later. The planned Hong Kong Server is not ready yet, we cannot accept works after 1927 currently with a copyright renewal.

All these files are perfectly OK for the US server. They should also be automatically mirrored onto the HK server in the future. You can go upload them onto the US server now since they are all from before 1928.

Thanks - I hate to say this, but I'm not sure how to do this when the page is locked. If it's unlocked I know how to do it through the classic skin; otherwise I don't know. Every time I go looking for instructions I get going around in circles and can't find the information I'm looking for. Thanks for your help!
