El aguacate

This is a ver iconic piece that was composed by César Guerrero (1893-1975) and it's claimed to be composed between 1918-20. I found a score that has no name found there, no date of copy and the name of the copist but it is actually the piece since is the same melody, harmony and has the same structure but has no lyrics. Apparently that score dates from 1918-20. However, other sources tells that it was composed on 1930.

Also I want to make noticeable that is probable that this piece, as many other pieces at that time on the Ecuador of the Erly 20th century, circulated by copies. I found no notice of any publication and that's a solid argument since there are a LOT of versions but none of them, of the ones I have heard, are like the one on that manuscript copy. Also in the CONMUSICA blog is stated that the transcription of the piece that is found there was exactly that, a TRANSCRIPTION, it does not follow exactly the copies or the original, if they have one.

I noticed an error, that manuscript actually has the copist name: Lorenzo V. Paredes. However, I don't know who is that guy....
