Looking for places to share handwritten score collection

Hello IMSLP Community,

I am currently working with an organisation in the EU that holds a large collection of handwritten choral scores, mostly original compositions donated by their composers over the past few decades. The leadership of this organisation wants to find a place to upload scans of these scores to make them more widely accessible; however, it is somewhat unclear who retains copyright for the scores, some of which are available for purchase elsewhere online.

Provided we could verify copyright status and secure licenses for the scores, would IMSLP be a good place to upload these? And if so, does anyone have any advice for a complete newcomer to the uploading and submission process (as I only have experience as a user of this site, not a contributor)?

Would appreciate any and all input. Thanks!
