"Gotas de Ajenjo" by Carlos Arízaga Toral (1891-1972)

I know that this composer is PD in Canada but also in Taiwan, but I need to be shure about uploading this piece, that I estimate was composed and first published published near 1930-40.
The only 3 scores that I have access to are from ca.1932 and the other 2, ca.1960.
The first one (http://sipce.patrimoniocultural.gob.ec: ... 610368.jpg Cover) was apparently published in before 1932 as this Library supports this affirmation: http://catalogo.bibliotecamunicipalguay ... mber=37545 ; Search "Gotas de ajenjo" and you'll see it is included in this colection of scores.
There's another score located here: https://www.bibliotecadigitaldebogota.g ... s/3703857/ published by Casa Amarilla of Chile, but it tells that it is from 1960, what elegible is that?
