Fidelis Zitterbart scores

I stumbled upon his collection in ULS (https://digital.library.pitt.edu/collec ... anuscripts) yesterday and I really would like to upload the remaining works of this prolific composer. I shouldn't say "remaining" because on IMSLP there's only a part of his work already uploaded.
The issue is that I don't know how to download the scores, or at least with normal methods that don't need the sources tab on the developer tools.
I want to ask to Hrdinský and Cypressdome how they did to download the scores: do I need to create an account in the library or I can simply use the developer tools to download the images?

If I'm not able to upload this pieces, I will ask to someone to upload these ones, they'll be a really good addition to the library!
Also I'm thinking on transcribing his piano sonatas but that will take more time.

Use the developer tools to find the image's URL. The first page of this score might show up something like this:

The "22992" identifies this particular image. The next will be 22993, etc. For the section "0,4096,2048,1384/512," replace that with "full/full" so the full URL will now read:

This will give you the full-resolution image. With that information you can use a downloader (I used DownloadThemAll! in Firefox) to download all the images in that score and assign the filenames sequential numbers.

I've always been meaning to revisit Zitterbart but other things took a higher priority.

The images of his Etude No.7 weren't numbered 622992, 622993, 622994, and 622995 but 622992, 622995, 622997, 623001
Can you explain me how did you obtained the link?

Sorry about that I saw images 92 and 95 and assumed there were ones in between them. It has been some time since I downloaded images from this source and they have changed their image display interface. Previously, it was similar to the archive.org viewer and used sequentially-numbered jpg files. While you can use DownLoadThemAll to download all the images between the first and last one you will of course get the numerous useless images in between. A better method will be to use an iiif downloader such as this one that runs in Python. The iiif manifest can be found at the bottom of the information/about this item tab in the image viewer. I have never used this before but I installed Python 3 and the downloader script, opened a command prompt, navigated to the folder with the script and by executing the script python iiif_downloader_gui.py was able to run the gui, plug in the url for the iiif manifest, select the download folder, and then it downloaded all the full-size images into its own sub-folder. This will be great to use for Zitterbart's larger works.

I think that, if you tell me how you did obtained it, that could be an incredible useful tool, even more than the phyton script.

Oh... I remember that, for the piece you linked, I manage to download the high resolution images by right clicking the thumbnails and copying some numbers at the final and replacing on the link you provided. That may help, but it's not very efficient...

You can find the image links by using your browser's web developers tools and selecting the network monitor. When you then go to one of the image pages you can find the urls for the images under the network tab. These will show up with the "0,4096,2048,1384/512" or similar geography and size parameters which you can replace with "full/full" but an easier way is to open the score's manifest and follow the breadcrumbs sequences => 0 (and subsequently 1, 2, etc. for each page of the score) => canvases => 0 => images => 0 => resource => @id and there's the url for the full-size image.

You know, with all that you told me I made a utility in HTML with the help of Google Gemini that works really well. It uses the manifest to fetch the image links and it shows only the images that are in high resolution (as the manifest tells wich ones have high resolution) as thumbnails and it allows me to download a selection of them or even all them as a zip file.

That's awesome. Hope you don't mind but I'm going to try to upload some of his string quartets (there are at least 89 numbered string quartets).
