Does anyone have Huapango by Jose Pablo Moncayo (Mexican Composer)??

It would likely be blocked, as Moncayo died in 1958, so under Canadian law (life + 50 years) it would enter the public domain after the end of this year. As the work was first published in 1950 it's unlikely to be available in 2009 anyway, since it would remain under copyright in the US until 2045, Europe (life + 70 years), and Mexico (where life + 100 years is the copyright term) and we don't have a mechanism for verifying the country of origin of posters.

That's not quite true -- noone does with accuracy. But many places (eMusic and Pandora for instance) do use, I guess, IPs and do things based on where they assume the person's country is.
