The transcription is published in 1922 (original work pub. 1915) by Durand yet Siloti died in '45. This neither public domain in Canada or the US? The work in question is the "Kaddisch" from Deux Mélodies hébraïques transcribed for piano solo.

Actually, it's public domain in both Canada and the US, nit in the EU though. Canada's term is life plus 50 years of the last surviving author, and publication before 1923 places it in the US public domain. Put it up!
