So recently, I've been DLing en mass various scores from some of my favorite composers. There doesn't seem to be a good way, however, to track when a new page is created by a composer, and outside of watchlisting everything, when a new file is uploaded in an existing page. I managed to set up an RSS feed with a filter in the 'new pages' list, but that only lasts a couple days and doesn't catch everything (not sure why, possibly accents). An RSS feed for the 'recent additions' list would be a lot more helpful, espeically named as they are on the main page (but impossible, at the moment), but even then it'd still be time limited.
Anything I'm missing? Anything planning on being implemented, perhaps with the tagging system?

I barely understand what "RSS" is, but what is "DLing"?
