Database dump

Is it possible to download dumps of the IMSLP MediaWiki database (like Wikipedia have here: http://download.wikimedia.org/ ) ?

Of course, but the database dump is not available for all sites which use MediaWiki - only (apparently) Wikimedia wikis, hardly the same thing. As far as I know, there is no such thing available for IMSLP, at least currently.
