Water mark issue

I have just converted a color version of Liszt's transcendental etudes into monochrome. However, the program I used leaves a water mark (in red) only on the first page that reads thus: A-PDF Black/White DEMO : Purchase from www.A-PDF.com to remove the watermark.

Is it still ok if I upload this file if it has this watermark on the first page of the file?

It would be preferable if that link were removed. As far as viewing it from a copyright issue, it probably doesn't pose a risk, but I'd remove it all the same.
