Is this work not in copyright in EU? The composer only died in 1958!

I think that the "Non-PD EU" information is rather prominently shown on the top of the composer page and work page, as well as on the "Score" and "Parts" download areas. The "09/V/29" confirms that this work supposed to be public domain in Europe in year 2029. What's wrong?
