Would be very grateful if someone could help me identify this composition. I have uploaded the first sheet and attached a link thereto below. Will upload more if it will help. It seems fairly Rachmaninoffesque to me, but thats an unqualified guess at best.

A very well qualified guess - it is no 4 of the Moments musicaux op 16 by Rachmaninov.
