What is our policy on different works of the same composer, with the same title and lyrics? This occurs typically with liturgical works, but can also occur with secular. They can, of course, be distinguished if they have a catalogue number (K.V., TWV, etc, etc). In some cases they can be distinguished by the orchestration or the year of composition. I have sometimes been adding them to the same page, sometimes adding other information to the title.
Liturgical text examples:
Gloria (several settings) (Binchois, Gilles)
In justitia tua, K.282 (Fux, Johann Joseph)
Others examples:
Abendgefühl (Cornelius, Peter)
Wiewol viel herter Orden sind SATB (Senfl, Ludwig)
That said, we also have some concertos and symphonies with no other identifier than something like "Concerto in D", to which the uploaders have simply added a '1' or '2' to distinguish the works. Is there a better way?
Settings of the same text, same composer, different tune...

Re: Settings of the same text, same composer, different tune
If there is no catalogue number, key or year to differentiate between them, you could use Roman numerals, like this:
- Title I
- Title II
- Title III
