Permission needed to do an arrangment?
I'd like to do an arrangment for our community choir of Streets of London. Do I need to ask for permission from Ralph McTell and if so, does anyone know how I go about doing so?

He is still living, so you most certainly do need permission. He has an official website, and possibly there is contact information on there.
