API Search Query

I would like to query the IMSLP API by sending parameters for composer, work title, and parent, but this doesn't seem to be supported. After looking at the main API page and the example, I formed a query like this:

http://imslp.org/imslpscripts/API.ISCR. ... =*modified

This returns an empty array. The id value is base64 encoded: Palestrina,_Giovanni_Pierluigi_da. The main API page says the value for id should be the composer category name. Is "Palestrina,_Giovanni_Pierluigi_da" the correct category name?
