I have an mp3 of BWV 995 I want to submit. Instructions say go to the work page and click "Add recording" link. I can't find such a link on the page

which I think is the proper work page. I've logged in and out numerous times using what I think are all the different accounts I've created and nothing seems to make the link appear. I'd appreciate someone telling me what's going on.
Where is the "Add recording" link?

It's under "add file" in the top right corner. I've taken the liberty of fixing the manuals to make this less confusing.
