[FEAT]Detailed usage statistics

In continuation of a discussion thread in another forum, Other: Detailed usage statistics I suggest an addition to IMSLP's usage statistics allowing contributors and other interested people to look up download counts for specific files.

This can be implemented by adding a few lines to the 'webalizer' configuration file, webalizer.conf

IgnoreURL   *
IncludeURL   *.pdf
IncludeURL   *.zip

I maintain that feature in WIMA where the detailed usage report file is linked to from the webalizer presentation pages, for example
