Help- uploaded wrong file

I uploaded the wrong file to the following page:

The file is the 93MB recording.
Please delete the file.


I am having trouble uploading the correct file. I get this error message:

The file is 232MB, 9 minutes in length. Can I upload this file?

OK I see the file limit is 150MB. I'll see if there is a way I can shrink the file.

Just click on #378313 and follow the instructions to replace the wrong file by a correct one, if you have one below 150 MB.
