Some pdfs are locked so you cannot open in Photoscore

Hi to the forum,

I'm not sure why some pdfs are locked. I've tried to open two arrangements of Griegs Mozart Sonata in C major for 2 pianos.
When I opened them in photo score to turn them into a Sibelius score, a message popped up saying they were locked.
Is there some reason why they are locked? Is it because maybe the original score is not public domain yet?
Thanks if someone has any advice they can give me here. Can someone please re-assure me they are public domain? I wanted to use the first 8 bars in my own arrangement of the same piece, so I just want to be sure the score is pdomain.

Read Method 3 in https://imslp.org/wiki/Locked_PDFs Before I was asked a password when I tried to pdftk a sample page but now it works.

You can also split them into a set of png pages with pdfimages on Windows 10 and linux.

I have removed the protection and uploaded new versions, pls try again.
